Grilled Reuben Sandwich
Warm up your customers with this sandwich
sensation made with corned beef topped with juicy sauerkraut and
grilled to perfection.
Makes
4 servings
Ingredients
- 8 - slices rye bread
- 1 - Tablespoon Kraft Thousand Island
dressing
- 3/4 - pound cooked corned beef, thinly
sliced
- 1 - cup sauerkraut, well drained
- 6 - ounces Swiss cheese slices
- 1-1/2 - Tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
- Spread each bread slice with
dressing.
- Layer four bread slices with corned
beef, sauerkraut, cheese slice and second bread slice,
dressing-side down.
- Spread outside of each sandwich with
butter.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat until
lightly browned on both sides.
