Deli Cheese Chipotle Melt
Chipotle chile peppers add
a great flavor to this crowd-pleasing sandwich.
Makes
8 sandwiches
Prep time: 15 min.
Broiling time: 2 min.
Ingredients:

1 - (16-ounce) loaf French bread,
sliced lengthwise
-
3/4 - cup mayonnaise
-
1 - Tablespoon chopped Chipotle chile
peppers in adobo sauce

16 - ounces sliced deli turkey breast
-
8 - slices crisply cooked thick smoked
bacon
-
8 - (3/4-ounce) slices Deli American
Cheese
-
6 - slices tomato
-
4 - lettuce leaves
Directions:
Heat broiler. Place bread halves onto
ungreased baking sheet.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until
bread is lightly toasted (1 to 2 minutes).

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and
Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce until well mixed.

Spread Chipotle mayonnaise onto
toasted-sides of bread.

To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom
half of bread with turkey, bacon and cheese.

Broil bottom half only, 4 to 6 inches
from heat, until cheese begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes).

Top with tomatoes, lettuce and toasted
top half of bread.

Cut into 8 sandwiches.
