Corned Beef-Onion Salad Sandwich
Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 - cup cooked corned beef, chopped

1/2 - cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/3 - cup celery, minced

1 - Tablespoon onion, minced

2 - Tablespoons prepared mustard

8 - baby spinach leaves

8 - slices onion bread
Directions
- In a medium-mixing bowl, add the corned beef, mayonnaise or
salad dressing, celery, onion, and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Spread the Corned Beef-Onion Salad filling on bottom piece of
bread.
- Add 2 spinach leaves and top with second bread slice.
