Corned Beef Deli Bites

Ingredients
- 24 - shredded wheat crackers

8 - slices deli corned beef, cut into thirds

1/2 - cup Sauerkraut, drained

4 - ounces hickory smoked pasteurized process Swiss and cheddar
cheese, cut into 24 slices

2 - Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
- Top each cracker with 1 corned beef piece, 1 teaspoon
Sauerkraut and 1 process cheese slice.
- Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on
high 20 to 25 seconds or until heated through.
- Repeat with
remaining topped crackers.
- Top each cracker with 1/4 teaspoon of the mustard.
