Deli Club Sandwich

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 12 - slices bread, toasted

• 4 - Tablespoon mayonnaise

• 4 - slices cheddar cheese, cut in half

• 8 - slices oven roasted turkey breast

• 8 - slices tomato

• 8 - slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained

• Lettuce leaves

Directions

1. Spread 8 of the toast slices with mayo. 

2. Cover 1 of the toast slices with 1 cheese slice half, 1 turkey slice, 1 tomato slice, 1 bacon slice and lettuce.

3. Top with second toast slice. 

4. Repeat layers. 

5. Cut into quarters to serve. 

6. Secure each piece with frilled toothpick, if desired.
