Filibuster Sandwich

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 4 - Kaiser rolls, split

• 1/4 - cup horseradish sauce

• 4 - slices Cotto Salami

• 4 - slices Beef Bologna

• 4 - slices Swiss Cheese

• 8 - slices Kosher Dill Sandwich pickles

• 1/4 - cup coleslaw

• 4 - thin slices red onion

Directions

1. Spread each roll with 1 Tablespoon Horseradish sauce. 

2. Cover bottom half of each roll with 1 slice each salami, bologna and cheese.

3. Top with 2 pickle slices, 1 Tablespoon Coleslaw and 1 onion slice. 

4. Cover with top halves of rolls.
