Raspberry, Ham and Spinach Sandwich

Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

• 4 - Tablespoons mayonnaise
• 4 - tablespoons raspberry preserves
• 8 - slices whole wheat bread
• 1-1/2 - cups baby spinach leaves
• 1 - thin red onion slice
• 6 - slices deli style smoked or brown sugar ham
• 4 - slices cheddar cheese

Directions

1. In a small bowl, add mayo and preserves. 
2. Mix. 
3. Spread evenly onto bread slices. 
4. Top 1 of the bread slices with spinach, onion, ham and singles and cover with remaining bread slice.
