Smoked Sausage & Honey Dill Sauce Reuben

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• Honey Dill Sauce
  • 1/2 - cup. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - cup. honey mustard
  • 2 - teaspoons snipped dill
• 4 - slices dark rye bread
• 1/3 - head of cabbage, shredded finely
• 1 - package (1 pound) smoked sausage (any variety), sliced lengthwise
• 8 - ounces Swiss cheese, sliced

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, honey mustard and dill. 
2. Mix to make the Honey Dill Sauce. 
3. Place the bread slices side by side in a baking dish. 
4. Spread each slice with approximately 1 Tablespoon sauce.
5. Layer each slice with 1/4 of the cheese, cabbage and sausage. 
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese has melted. 
7. Serve open-face style.
