Smoked Sausage & Honey Dill Sauce Reuben
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- Honey Dill Sauce
- 4 - slices dark rye bread

1/3 - head of cabbage, shredded finely

1 - package (1 pound) smoked sausage (any variety), sliced
lengthwise

8 - ounces Swiss
cheese, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, honey mustard and dill.

Mix to make the Honey Dill Sauce.
- Place the bread slices side by
side in a baking dish.
- Spread each slice with approximately 1
Tablespoon sauce.
- Layer each slice with 1/4 of the cheese, cabbage and sausage.

Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese has
melted.
- Serve open-face style.
