Super Hero Sandwich

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1/3 - cup. mayonnaise
• 1 - Tablespoon mustard, course-ground
• 2 - teaspoon steak sauce
• 12 - slices (thick) country-style white bread, toasted
• 4 - ounces brown sugar baked ham
• 4 - ounces smoked ham
• 4 - ounces oven roasted turkey breast
• 4 - ounces smoked chicken breast
• 2 - tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 12 - leaves lettuce
• 8 slices American Cheese, cut diagonally into halves

Directions

1. In small bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard and steak sauce. 
2. Mix. 
3. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over 1 side of each bread slice. 
4. Equally layer 1 ounce each of Baked Ham, Smoked Ham, Oven Roasted Turkey, Smoked Chicken. Add tomatoes, lettuce and 2 sliced cheese on 4 bread slices.
5. Top each with another bread slice. 
6. Repeat layers; top each with remaining bread slice. 
7. Secure sandwiches with frilled toothpicks.
