Backyard Chili Dogs
Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

• 8 - Hot Dogs
• 1 - can No Beans Chili (15-ounces)
• 8 - hot dog buns, split
• Shredded lettuce
• 1 - cucumber, diced
• 1 - tomato, diced
• 1 - avocado, diced
• 1 - yellow bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 - cup Sliced green onions
• 1/2 - cup Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

1. To assemble dogs, place hot dogs in buns. 
2. Top each with chili and favorite toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, diced tomato, diced avocado, diced yellow bell pepper, sliced green onion and shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
