Brat Roll-Ups
Makes 8 servings

• 1 - box phyllo dough sheets – thawed
• 8 - Smoked Bratwurst links
• 1 - stick butter, melted
• Mustard as needed

Directions

1. Remove phyllo dough sheets from box and lay flat. 
2. Place one sheet on clean surface and brush with melted butter. 
3. Place another sheet on top of that one and brush with butter.
4. Continue this process until 5 sheets of phyllo dough are prepared. 
5. Slice sheets in half lengthwise. 
6. Brush bratwurst with mustard, add one brat to each half.
7. Roll sheets around bratwurst to encase. 
8. Repeat process until all bratwurst is used. 
9. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
