Crunchy
Cornbread and Cheesy Cheddar Roll-Ups
Makes 5
servings
1 - cup corn meal
2 - teaspoons crushed red peppers (optional)
1 - teaspoon garlic powder
1 - teaspoon onion powder
1 - teaspoon parsley flakes
1 - package Cornbread Twists breadsticks
1 - package (16 ounces) Beddar with Cheddar
Preheat oven to 350° F
and grease baking sheet.
- In a medium mixing
bowl, add the corn meal, crushed red peppers, garlic,
onion and parsley flakes.
- Mix.
- Place two Cornbread
Twists breadsticks end to end.
- Pinch together to form
one long strip.

- Place 1-Beddar with
Cheddar on top of dough and roll, over lapping
slightly to incase the sausage.
- Place roll-up into
cornmeal mixture and press lightly to adhere mixture.
- Place on baking sheet
and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
and crispy.
