Grilled Chicago Fire Italian Sausage
Sandwiches
 Makes 5 servings
Ingredients
- 5 - Hot Italian Sausages
-
5 - hot dog buns, (large)

5 - Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
-
5 - Tablespoon onion, chopped
-
5 - Tablespoon pickle relish
-
10 - tomato wedges
-
Jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Place sausage on grill rack and cook according to
package directions.
- Place buns on grill rack for 1 minute
or until slightly heated.
- Place sausages in buns, top each with equal amounts of
mustard, onion, relish, tomato wedges and Jalapeno
peppers.
- (You can make this in a large skillet over medium
high heat, if desired.)
