3 - Hot Dogs, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 - hard boiled egg, chopped
1 - Tablespoon onion, chopped fine
1/3 - cup ketchup
1/4 - teaspoon salt
1/8 - teaspoon pepper
4 - slices green bell pepper
4 - hot dog buns

• In a medium-mixing bowl, add the hot dogs, egg, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. 
• Mix well. 
• Spread the Hot Dog and Egg Salad filling into the hot dog bun. 
• Add bell pepper to the top.
