Anchovy
Egg Salad Sandwich
Makes 4
sandwiches
Ingredients:
-
6 - hard cooked
eggs (peeled
& diced)
-
1/3 - cup celery (diced)
-
1/2 - cup mayonnaise
-
2 - teaspoons lemon juice
-
2 - teaspoons anchovy paste
-
1/4 - teaspoon dry mustard
-
1/4 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-
1/4 - teaspoon salt
-
1/8 - teaspoon white pepper
-
1/4 - teaspoon Cayenne
-
8 - slices white bread
Directions:
-
In a mixing bowl, add the
eggs, celery, mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, dry
mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, white pepper, and
Cayenne.

Using a tablespoon, place
the egg salad on bottom slice of white bread.
-
Place the top
slice of bread on bottom.
-
Using a sharp knife cut
bread in half and place on plate.
