Anchovy Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 - hard cooked eggs (peeled & diced)

  • 1/3 - cup celery (diced)

  • 1/2 - cup mayonnaise

  • 2 - teaspoons lemon juice

  • 2 - teaspoons anchovy paste

  • 1/4 - teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1/4 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 - teaspoon white pepper

  • 1/4 - teaspoon Cayenne

  • 8 - slices white bread

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, celery, mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, white pepper, and Cayenne.

  2. Using a tablespoon, place the egg salad on bottom slice of white bread. 

  3. Place the top slice of bread on bottom.

  4. Using a sharp knife cut bread in half and place on plate.
