Caviar
Egg Salad Sandwich
Makes 4 sandwiches.
6 - hard cooked eggs, peeled & diced
1/3 - cup celery diced
1/2 - cup mayonnaise
2 - teaspoons lemon juice
2 - teaspoons red or black caviar
1/4 - teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 - teaspoon salt
1/8 - teaspoon white pepper
1/4 - teaspoon Cayenne
8 - slices nine-grain bread
- In a mixing bowl, add the eggs,
celery, mayonnaise, caviar, lemon juice, dry mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, white pepper, and Cayenne.
- Using a tablespoon, place the egg
salad on bottom slice of nine-grain bread. Place the top
slice of bread on bottom.
- Using a sharp knife cut bread in half
and place on plate.
