Lorraine Eggs Salad Sandwich

sandwiches
Ingredients
6 - hard cooked eggs, peeled & diced
1/2 - cup salad dressing
4 - slices bacon, diced
1/2 - cup Gruyere cheese
1/4 - teaspoon salt
1/4 -
teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 - teaspoon
nutmeg
1/8 - teaspoon
cayenne
8 - slices
toasted French bread
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salad dressing, bacon,
Gruyere cheese, salt, dry mustard, nutmeg, and cayenne.
- Combine
all ingredients and toss gently until thoroughly mixed.
- Using a tablespoon, spread the egg salad on a slice of
toasted French bread and top with an additional bread slice.
