Ingredients
- 1 - ripe Avocado
peeled and pitted
- 1/4 - cup Sour Cream
- 1 - Tablespoon Lime
Juice
- 1/2 - teaspoon Hot Red
Pepper Sauce to desired taste
- 1/2 - teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- 4 - Burrito Size Flour
Tortillas
- 4 - large leaves Red
Leaf Lettuce
- 2 - large Tomatoes cut
into 1/4" slices
- 8 - slices Premium
Regular Smoked Bacon cooked
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add
avocado, sour cream, lime juice, hot pepper sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of salt.
- Blend with a fork
until smooth.
- Spread each warmed
tortilla with 3 tablespoons of the avocado spread.
- Layer with lettuce,
tomatoes and bacon.
- Fold slices and roll
up.
