Sausage Po'Boy
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 - FRANCISCO French
Rolls
- 4 - Hot Louisiana Brand
Premium Smoked Sausage
- 4 - Tablespoons
Remoulade
- 1/2 - cup Cabbage
shredded
- 1 - ounce Gherkin Pickle
sliced
- 1/2 - ounce Red Onion
sliced
Directions
- Heat pan over medium
high heat.
- Place sausages in pan
and heat throughout, covered, about 4 minutes per
side.
- Slice diagonally and
set aside.
- Split open French
rolls and spread the remoulade on both sides of roll.
- Place pickle slices on
roll, followed by sausage slices, cabbage and red
onions and serve.
