Sausage Po'Boy
Makes 2 servings

  • 2 - FRANCISCO French Rolls
  • 4 - Hot Louisiana Brand Premium Smoked Sausage
  • 4 - Tablespoons Remoulade
  • 1/2 - cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 - ounce Gherkin Pickle sliced
  • 1/2 - ounce Red Onion sliced

Directions

  1. Heat pan over medium high heat.
  2. Place sausages in pan and heat throughout, covered, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Slice diagonally and set aside.
  4. Split open French rolls and spread the remoulade on both sides of roll.
  5. Place pickle slices on roll, followed by sausage slices, cabbage and red onions and serve.
