Easy Homemade Italian Pork Burger
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1 - pound Extra Lean Ground Pork
• 1 - Black Pepper ground
• 1 - clove Garlic minced
• 1 - teaspoon crushed Fennel Seed
• 1 - teaspoon crumbled Oregano
• 1/4 tablespoon Salt

Directions

1. Mix together ground pork and seasonings, shape into 4 burgers about 3/4 inch in thickness.
2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Place pork patties in skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Turn and cook for 5 more minutes.
5. Serve on sandwich buns.
