Bangkok Pork Burger
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
- 1 - pound Extra Lean
Ground Pork
- 1 - Black Pepper ground
- 1 - clove Garlic minced
- 1 - teaspoon fresh
Ginger Root
- 1 - teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 - Tablespoon Salt
Directions
- Mix together ground
pork and seasonings, shape into 4 burgers about 3/4
inch in thickness.
- Heat nonstick skillet
over medium heat.
- Place pork patties in
skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn and cook for 5
more minutes.
- Serve on sandwich
buns.
