Ingredients

  • 1 - pound cooked porkSandwich Recipes from AlansKitchen.com
  • 3/4 - cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 - cup coleslaw
  • 4 - Hamburger rolls, toasted and buttered

Directions

  1. Slice or pull meat. 
  2. Combine the meat and sauce in a saucepan. 
  3. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the meat has absorbed some of the flavor of the sauce and the liquid has reduced and thickened slightly.
  4. Place a quarter of the pork mixture on the bottom half of the roll and top with coleslaw. 
  5. Close the sandwich and serve.
