Hot Ham and Pepper Cheese Hoagies
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

4 - hoagie buns, split lengthwise

1/4 - cup spicy mustard
-
1/4 - cup mayonnaise
-
1 - package maple & brown sugar glazed ham
-
4 - slices Pepper Jack cheese, 4 ounces
-
1/2 - cup shredded lettuce
-
1 - tomato, thinly sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.

Spread inside surfaces of buns with mustard and
mayonnaise.

Next, layer ham and cheese on bottom halves of
buns. Top with lettuce and tomato.
-
Place remaining bun
half on top.

Wrap hoagies in foil, place in oven and heat for about
15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
