BarBQ Pork Burgers

BarBQ Sauce
-
In a saucepan at
medium heat, melt butter and add the onions and the garlic. sauté
until softened.

Add the dry mustard,
ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, butter, brown
sugar and red-hot sauce.

Simmer for about 15
minutes and stir occasionally.

Pour the sauce to a
bowl and cool.
Burgers
-
In a large mixing
bowl, add the ground pork.

Next, add the
breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of the BarBQ sauce.

Mix and form into 6
patties.

Season your burgers
with salt and pepper.
Preheat the barbecue to a medium-high
heat.

On an oiled rack,
grill the burgers, basting often with remaining sauce and turning
several times, until just cooked through.

They should cook for about 5
minutes per side.
- Transfer the burgers to the buns. Top
with coleslaw
