Ingredients

  • 2 - packages Refrigerated Fully Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips or 2-1/2 - cups Southwest Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips (Bagged), thawed
  • 4 - green chilies, canned, whole; drained
  • 4 - slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 - sandwich buns

Directions

  1. Place one slice cheese, one chili and half of chicken strips on bottom half of each bun.
  2. Microwave on HIGH about 1 minute or until hot.
  3. Serve with black bean salad and tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
