Ingredients
- 4 - Original English
Muffins, split and grilled or toasted
- 1/2 - cup real or
light or low fat mayonnaise dressing
- 3 - Tablespoons creamy
Dijon mustard blend
- 2 - Tablespoon honey
- 4 - boneless, skinless
chicken breast halves
- leaf lettuce
Directions
- In small bowl, stir
mayonnaise, creamy mustard blend and honey; set aside
half of mixture.
- Brush remaining honey
mustard on chicken breasts.
- Grill or broil 6
inches from source of heat, turning occasionally, 10
to 12 minutes or until tender; slice.
- On bottom muffin
halves, layer lettuce, chicken, remaining sauce and
muffin tops.
