Ingredients
- 1 - pound Chicken
Tenders
- 1 - teaspoon vegetable
oil
- 1 - medium onion,
thinly sliced
- 1 - red bell pepper,
seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 - clove garlic,
finely chopped
- 6 - slices Cheddar
cheese
- 4 - hoagie rolls,
split
- Dijon-style mustard
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat
dry.
- Heat oil in a large
skillet and cook chicken, onion, pepper, and garlic
until chicken is no longer pink when cut into.
- Remove from heat and
top with cheese slices and allow cheese to melt.
- Then lightly spread
rolls with mustard and fill with 1/4 chicken mixture.
