Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Cooking Time: 12 to 14 min.
Total Time: 22 to 24 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4    Trimmed & Ready Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1    Tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 4    lettuce leaves
  • 4    Kaiser rolls, split and lightly toasted

Recipe Directions:

1) Place 3-Tablespoons dressing in shallow dish or pie plate and reserve remaining dressing for sandwiches.

2) Coat chicken lightly with dressing and dip in flour to coat.

3) Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet. Turn to coat.

4) Cook, turning to brown evenly, for 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F).

5) Remove skillet from heat and remove chicken from skillet.

6) Drain butter from skillet except for 1 tablespoon. Add hot pepper sauce and stir to mix with butter.

7) Return to heat. Add chicken and turn to coat.

8) Cook chicken 1 to 2 minutes per side to set pepper sauce mixture.

9) Serve chicken on toasted buns with lettuce. Top with remaining blue cheese dressing. Refrigerate leftovers.
