Buffalo Blue Sandwich
Makes 8 sandwiches

- 2 cups shredded deli
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (1-pound) loaf French
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 8 slices (3/4-ounce) Deli
Provolone Cheese, each cut in half
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are
shredded chicken, celery and buffalo wing sauce in medium
bowl and set aside.
(1/2-inch) slices from French bread. (Use remaining bread as
side of each bread slice.
about 1 teaspoon salad dressing onto other side of each
piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices.
1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread
slices, buttered-side up.
sandwiches onto grill.
to 5 minutes, turning once, until bread is toasted and
cheese is melted.
