Ingredients

6 - Tablespoons mayonnaise
8 - teaspoons capers, drained
8 - teaspoons fresh dill weed, chopped, or 2 - teaspoons dried
1 - teaspoon black pepper
8 - slices pumpernickel bread
24 - slices smoked turkey breast
8 - cucumber slices
4 - slice red onion

Directions

In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, capers, dill and pepper. Mix well.

Spread evenly over bread.

Layer with turkey, cucumber and red onion.
Top with bread slice.
