Smoked Turkey Tea Sandwiches
Makes 24 servings.
1/3 - cup light cream cheese
1 - Tablespoon sweet hot mustard
1-1/2 - teaspoons fresh dill weed, chopped
4 - slices pumpernickel bread, crust removed
12 - ounces each smoked turkey breast slices, cut in half
fresh minced dill, for garnish (As needed)
- In small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard and dill.

Spread mixture evenly over bread slices.
- Cut each bread
slice into thirds lengthwise.
- Cut each third in half
crosswise.
- Roll each turkey slices half into a cornucopia
shape.
- Dip larger edge or cornucopia in dill to garnish edge
of turkey.
- Arrange turkey cornucopia rolls on bread
sections.
