Tangy Raspberry Turkey Sandwich
Makes 4 servings, 1 sandwich each
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
4 - teaspoons honey mustard
2 - teaspoons seedless raspberry jam
4 - squares (3 inch) flat loaf bread, split
24 - shaved oven roasted turkey breast
4 - lettuce leaves
8 - red onion rings
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, add mustard and jam. Mix until
well blended.
- Spread evenly onto cut sides of bread.
- On bottom halves of bread, place turkey, lettuce and
onions evenly.
- Cover with tops of bread squares.
