Ingredients:
- 8 - slices marble rye or
rye bread
- 4 - teaspoons
Dijon-style mustard
- 8 - slices (1-ounce)
Deli American Cheese
- 20 - spinach leaves
- 8 - ounces thinly sliced
deli peppered turkey
- 8 - strips roasted red
bell pepper
Directions:
- Spread 1 side of 4 bread
slices with 1 teaspoon mustard each.
- Layer each with 1 slice
cheese, 5 spinach leaves, 1/4 turkey, 2 bell pepper
strips, 1 slice cheese and remaining bread slices.
- Spray sandwiches with
no-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat 12-inch skillet
over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet.
- Cook, turning once, for
4 to 6 minutes or until sandwiches are golden brown
and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining
sandwiches.
