Ingredients
- Cuban bread

1/2 - cup bottled mojo sauce (Cuban sauce of citrus,
garlic & herbs)

1 - pound cooked turkey, sliced thin

1 - medium orange, peeled and sliced into rounds

1 - large lime, peeled and sliced into rounds

1/2 - cup shoestring potato sticks
-
1 - medium avocado, sliced
-
salt and freshly ground black pepper (as needed)

olive oil (as needed)
Directions
- Split each loaf of Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
-
Spread 2 tablespoons of mojo sauce over the bottom half of
each bread section.
- Build each sandwich with sliced cooked turkey, orange
and lime slices, shoestring potato sticks and avocado
slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Cover with top halves of bread.
- Firmly press to flatten
the sandwiches.
