Turkey Veggie Bagel Sandwich
Makes 4 Serving

Ingredients

• 4 - onion bagels, cut in half
• 4 - small Romaine lettuce leaves
• 8 - slices carved honey roasted & smoked turkey breast
• 16 - cucumber slices
• 4 - radish, sliced thin
• 4 - tablespoons light cream cheese with chives and onions
• 8 - tablespoons shredded carrot

Directions

1. On bottom half of bagel, place lettuce leaf.
2. Top with turkey, cucumber and radish.
3. Spread cream cheese on top half of bagel and sprinkle with carrot.
4. Top sandwich with top half of bagel.
