Ingredients

8 - slices pumpernickel bread

4 - tablespoons Mayonnaise

  Dried or fresh basil leaves

8 - ounces sliced deli roast beef

4 - Mild Cheddar Cheese Slice

  Thinly sliced tomato

  Thinly sliced red onion

Directions
  • Spread bread with mayo. Then sprinkle with dried basil leaves or top with fresh basil leaves. 
  • Cover 4 of the bread slices with roast beef, cheese, tomato and onion.
  •  Finally, top with remaining bread slice.
