Crabmeat Salad Sandwich
Makes 4 sandwiches.
1 - can (7-1/2 ounces) crabmeat, drained and cartilage
removed
1/4 - cup sour cream
1/4 - cup celery, chopped
1/4 - teaspoon salt
1/2 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
8 - slices cucumber
8 - slices whole wheat bread
- In a medium-mixing bowl, add the crabmeat, sour cream,
celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well.
- Spread the Crabmeat Salad filling on bottom piece of
bread.
- Add 2 slices of cucumber and top with second bread
slice.
