Creamy Mushroom Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 - can (12-ounces) SpamŽ Classic, finely cubed or grated
• 1 - can (10 3/4-ounce) 99% fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 - cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 - cup chopped onion
• 12 - slices bread toasted

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine SpamŽ, soup, cheese, and onion.
2. Spread mixture on toasted bread.
3. Place on baking sheet.
4. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
