Artichoke Antipasto Hoagie

Ingredients:

Canned artichoke heart, drained and cut
in half if large

Cherry tomato, cut in half

Bell pepper slice

Sliced fresh mushrooms
-
Fat-free Italian or Caesar dressing

Submarine or bratwurst buns, split
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add artichoke hearts,
tomatoes, bell pepper and mushrooms.

Toss with just enough
dressing to coat.

Spoon into buns.
