Provolone Pesto Wrap

Ingredients

• 1/2 - cup Light Sour Cream
• 1/4 - cup reduced-fat pesto
• 4 - whole wheat flour tortillas (8-inch)
• 2 - cups packed fresh spinach leaves, washed, stems removed, torn
• 1 - large tomato, thinly sliced, cut in half
• 4 - slices (1-ounce each) Deli Provolone Cheese, cut in half

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and pesto.
2. Spread evenly over tortillas.
3. Layer tortillas with spinach leaves, tomato slices and cheese.
4. Roll up tortillas and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
