Lite Chicken & Cranberry Wraps

Prep Time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 6 - fat-free flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1- can (15-ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 - Tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 - Tablespoons crystallized ginger (mined)
  • 1-1/2 - cups cooked chicken or turkey breast (chopped)
  • 3 - green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 - Tablespoons pecans (chopped and toasted)
  • 1 - cup lettuce (shredded)

Directions:

  1. You want to heat tortillas according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl, you want to stir together cranberry sauce, mustard, and ginger.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over 1-side of each tortilla.
  4. Top with chicken, green onions, pecans, and lettuce.
  5. Roll up and serve.
