Beef Brisket in BeerSlow Cooker Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

Makes 8 servings

Prep Time: 15 min.
Slow Cooker Time: LOW 6 to 8 hrs. or HIGH 4 hrs.

Ingredients:

Cooking Directions:

1) Trim any visible fat form brisket and place in a slow cooker.

2) In a small bowl, combine beer, ketchup, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, tarragon, and marjoram.

3) Mix and pour over meat. Add bay leaf to Dutch oven and cover.

4) Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.  You want the brisket to be very tender.

5) Remove bay leaf before serving.
