BarBQ Beef Chuck Roast

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH

Ingredients:

  • 3-1/2  pounds boneless chuck roast, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1        package McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
  • 1        can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1/2     cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3     cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2     cup water

Directions:

  1. Place beef in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Seasoning, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar and water until blended. Pour over beef. Cover.
  3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
  4. Remove beef from slow cooker.
  5. Shred beef using 2 forks.
  6. Return beef to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce.
  7. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.

IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
