BarBQ Beef Chuck Roast
Makes 10 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH
Ingredients:
- 3-1/2 pounds boneless chuck roast,
trimmed and cut into pieces

1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning

1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Mix Seasoning, tomato paste, brown sugar,
vinegar and water until blended. Pour over beef. Cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
- Remove beef from slow cooker.
- Shred beef using 2 forks.
- Return beef to slow cooker; mix and heat
with sauce.
- Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
IMPORTANT: For best results, do not
remove cover during cooking.
