Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hours

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set temperature to LOW.  
  2. Place brisket in slow cooker.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add beer, tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, allspice, brown sugar, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour over brisket.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
  6. Remove from slow cooker and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice thin.
  8. Serve on rolls or over rice.
