Slow Cooker Amy's Beef Brisket
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

• 3-1/2 to 4 - pounds beef brisket
• 1 - can beer
• 2 - cups tomato sauce
• 2 - teaspoons prepared mustard
• 2 - Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
• 2 - Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 - teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 - teaspoon ground allspice
• 2 - Tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 - small bell pepper (green or red), chopped
• 1 - medium onion, chopped
• 1 - teaspoon salt
• 1/2 - teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Set temperature to LOW.  
2. Place brisket in slow cooker.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add beer, tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, allspice, brown sugar, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour over brisket.
5. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
6. Remove from slow cooker and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Slice thin.
8. Serve on rolls or over rice.
