Slow Cooker Beef Brisket with Vegetables
Makes 12 servings

With a little preparation in the morning, this hearty slow cooked meal of brisket and vegetables will be waiting for you in the evening.

Slow Cooker Recipes from AlansKitchen.comPrep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours on LOW or 5 hours on HIGH

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 - pounds beef brisket
  • 5 to 6 - cups assorted vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions
  • 1 - package McCormick® Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Place brisket and vegetables in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Seasoning and water until blended. 
  3. Pour over brisket and vegetables. Cover.
  4. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 5 hours on HIGH
  5. Remove brisket and vegetables to serving platter. 
  6. Stir sauce before serving.

IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
