Beef & Cabbage

Cook Time: LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours
Ingredients

12 - new potatoes, quartered

4 - carrots, sliced

4 - pounds corned beef brisket

2 - onions, sliced
-
3 - bay leaves
-
8 - Black peppercorns
-
Water to cover
-
1 - head cabbaged, wedged
Directions

Into the bottom of the slow
cooker, add the potatoes and carrots.

Add the brisket, onions, bay
leaves and peppercorns.

Add water to cover.
-
Cover and cook on LOW for
8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

Add cabbage halfway through
cooking.
