Ingredients
Meatballs

4 - pounds ground beef

2 - onions, chopped

2 - cups bread crumbs

1/2 - cup fresh Italian parsley, minced

4 - teaspoon garlic, minced

1 - teaspoon black pepper

1 - teaspoon dry mustard

4 - eggs, beaten
Spaghetti Sauce
-
1 - can (28 ounces) peeled tomatoes
-
2 - Tablespoons olive oil

1/2 - cup fresh basil, chopped

1 - teaspoon sugar
-
1/4 - teaspoon salt
-
1/8 - teaspoon pepper
-
2 - garlic cloves or more to taste, finely minced
Pasta, cooked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef,
onions, bread crumbs, Italian parsley, garlic, black pepper, dry
mustard, and eggs.
- Form into walnut sized balls.
- Place meatballs into a large baking dish and
bake for 20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add tomatoes, olive oil,
basil, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Place meatballs into slow cooker and pour over
sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours or on
HIGH for 2 to 4 hours.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with cooked pasta.
