Ingredients
  • 2 - pounds boneless beef chuck, cut in large chunks
  • 1 - can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 - package (1-1/2 ounces) beef stew seasoning

Directions

  1. In the slow cooker, add beef, tomatoes, and seasoning. 
  2. Cook, covered, on LOW for 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours).
