Lamb Orange Marinade
Makes 8 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 8 - lamb chops

2 - teaspoons vegetable oil

1/4 - cup white wine

1/2 - cup orange juice

1/2 - teaspoon oregano

4 - cloves garlic
-
1 - orange
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 - bay leaf
Directions:
- In skillet, brown lamb in oil, drain well.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix wine, orange juice, oregano, garlic,
salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
- Brush browned lamb with mixture and place in 3
to 4-1/2 quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours, or
HIGH 4 hours.
