Barbecued Pork Loin Ribs

Cooking time: LOW 8 to 10 hrs. or HIGH 4
to 6 hrs.
- Ribs Ingredients:
- 4 pounds
back ribs or pork spareribs
- 1 teaspoon finely
- 1 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground
- 1 large (1 cup)
- Barbecue Sauce Ingredients:
Spray inside of 4 to 5-quart slow cooker with no-stick cooking
Season ribs with garlic, salt and pepper. Cut into 2 or 3-rib
portions. Layer ribs and onions in slow cooker.
For the barbecue sauce: in a medium bowl, combine brown sugar,
prepared mustard, ketchup, butter, apple cider vinegar,
Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and chili powder. Pour over

hours or until ribs are fork tender.
